and conditions to protect Trade Maximus from unnecessary liability and ensure
clarity in the event of any warranty claims.

Warranty Coverage
Trade Maximus offers a limited
warranty on select products, covering defects in materials or workmanship under
normal use. This warranty is valid for a period of 30 days from the date
of purchase unless otherwise specified in the product description.

Warranty Exclusions
The following conditions are not
covered under this warranty:
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse,
or negligence.
- Accidental damage, including but not limited to falls,
spills, or exposure to extreme conditions.
- Wear and tear from normal use, including cosmetic
damage such as scratches, dents, or discoloration.
- Any modifications, repairs, or alterations made by
anyone other than Trade Maximus or an authorized service provider.
- Products that have been used outside of their intended
purpose or have been tampered with.
- Damages caused by natural disasters, accidents, or
events beyond our control (force majeure).

Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim,
customers must:
- Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
- Submit a description of the issue along with any
supporting evidence (photos/videos, if applicable).
- Follow the specific instructions provided by Trade
Maximus customer support.
Please allow up to 10 business
days for us to process your claim. We will assess the issue and determine
the best course of action, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund,
at our sole discretion.

Limitations of Liability
By making a purchase from Trade
Maximus, you agree to the following limitations:
- Trade Maximus is not liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages
resulting from the use or inability to use any products sold through our
store, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption,
or damage to property.
- Trade Maximus will not be held responsible for any
personal injury or death
resulting from the use of any product purchased from our store unless
caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.
- The total liability of Trade Maximus under any warranty
claim is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question. In
no event will Trade Maximus be liable for any amount greater than the
amount paid for the product(s).
5.
Product Returns
If a product is deemed eligible for
return under the warranty policy, it must be returned to Trade Maximus in its
original condition, including all accessories, packaging, and documentation.
Trade Maximus reserves the right to deny any return or exchange if the product
shows signs of misuse or damage not covered by the warranty.

Third-Party Products
For products sold through Trade
Maximus that are manufactured by third-party companies, the warranty terms may
vary. In such cases, you must refer to the manufacturer's warranty policy for
the specific terms, conditions, and coverage. Trade Maximus will assist in
facilitating warranty claims with third-party manufacturers, but we do not
assume responsibility for the warranty or its execution.
7.
No Warranty for Certain Products
Certain products may be sold
"as-is" or without any warranty. These products will be clearly
marked on our website. In such cases, Trade Maximus offers no guarantees, and
returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless required by law.
