3. Claim Process

Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your claim. We will assess the issue and determine the best course of action, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund, at our sole discretion.

4. Limitations of Liability

By making a purchase from Trade Maximus, you agree to the following limitations:

  • Trade Maximus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any products sold through our store, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or damage to property.
  • Trade Maximus will not be held responsible for any personal injury or death resulting from the use of any product purchased from our store unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.
