Thank you for your purchase from Trade Maximus. We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied for any reason, you may return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for the complete details of our return policy.
RETURNS
Return Window: All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days from the date you received your purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible to initiate your return.
Condition of Returns: Returned items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. The product must be free from any signs of use, including but not limited to: stains, odors, scratches, or damage. If the product is returned to us in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to return the item to you without processing the return or disposing off item without any claims being fullfilled.
Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for return:
- Glass ingredient products
- Opened or used hygiene products, such as supplements or medical items
- Sale or clearance items, which are FINAL SALE
Packaging: The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging. If the product was shipped in a secondary box from Trade Maximus, it must be returned in the same condition, with the shipping label still attached. Please avoid taping or placing stickers directly on the product’s original box.
RETURN PROCESS
To begin the return process, please contact customer service at sales@trademaximus.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive the RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging, along with a copy of your proof of purchase (receipt), and mail it to:

Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is successfully received.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. Please allow up to fifteen (15) business days from the receipt of your returned item to process your refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or model, please specify the item you want to receive in exchange when you contact customer service. Exchanged items are subject to availability.
You will receive a notification by email once your return or exchange has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
If the product you received is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@trademaximus.com. We will assist you in arranging a return, refund, or exchange at no additional cost to you. You must notify us of defective or damaged items within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

RESTOCKING FEE
Please be aware that a 50% restocking fee will apply to all returns that are not the result of a defect or error on our part. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
SALE ITEMS
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please carefully review your purchase before completing your order.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
If you are returning an item from outside the United States, you are responsible for any return shipping charges, as well as any customs duties and taxes that may apply. Please contact our customer service team for further instructions if you are returning an international order.
