How do I get a quote?
To receive a quote for the products you are interested in, please complete our "Get A Quote" form. Please note that quotes provided are not a guarantee of inventory availability.

Do you offer Corporate/Bulk discounts?
To check eligibility for our current Corporate programs and bulk discounts, please submit a quote request. Our team will review your request and provide you with applicable pricing details.

Which products are available for customization?
We offer a wide variety of drinkware, hard goods, and soft goods that can be customized to meet your corporate needs. For the most up-to-date information on available products and customization options, please visit our corporate page. Inventory availability may fluctuate.

Which payment methods are accepted?
Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept all major credit cards and checks. For detailed payment instructions, please refer to our payment guidelines.

Can I submit a Purchase Order (PO)?
Yes, you may submit a Purchase Order (PO); however, please note that all orders are subject to our Terms and Conditions.

Do you accept tax exemption certificates?
Tax-exempt status can be applied if valid documentation is provided prior to order placement. As tax regulations vary by state, all tax exemption documents will be reviewed by our Finance Department before any tax adjustments are made. Do you offer samples?
We offer pre-production digital proofs for all custom orders. Production will only commence once you approve the proof and payment has been received. If you require physical samples, we can assist you in placing an order for single units at full retail cost. Please note that all orders, including samples, are subject to the current production timeline.

Can you ship to multiple addresses?
We offer free ground shipping to one domestic location per order. For larger or bulk orders, shipping will be handled via UPS Ground or freight, depending on the size of the shipment.

Can I cancel, make changes to, or return my order?
To ensure that your customization is perfect, we provide a high-quality digital proof for your approval before production begins. Once you approve the proof and payment is processed, we begin production. Unfortunately, once an order is in production, changes cannot be made. Additionally, customized products cannot be returned.
